SALT LAKE CITY (KUTV) — Beginning on Sunday, March 1 at 9 a.m. the Utah Department of Health (UDOH) will begin accepting applications for medical cannabis patient cards.
Despite that — it will be difficult to actually obtain any medical marijuana in Utah due to several hurdles including; product shortages, government red tape, and the fact that only two of the states 14 planned medical cannabis pharmacies are expected to open in March.
Add on waiting times, in-person meetings with your doctor, and frequent, costly renewals, it can seem daunting for patients looking to get medical cannabis. Continue Reading–>
