BOUNTIFUL — A thick haze filled the air as the sun rose above the mountains in Davis County Friday morning.
Hundreds huddled in shelters after a rude awakening several hours earlier when a large fire destroyed three homes and forced evacuations in parts of Bountiful and Centerville.
